Yesterday I posted this picture on social media:
We were posted at an Active Shooter training in Dallas. In case something would happen, someone fell or whatever, an ambulance was already on scene. Nothing happened. It was a good training for the participants and while they were “playing” I was using the time to some real estate business! After some negotiating the buyer and the seller of the home in Gladewater had agreed on a price, and I had some emails to send left and right! It felt very bad ass actually to be standing there and getting this done on the hood of the ambulance.
It is a proof of as long as I have my iPad I can work anywhere. And that device doesn’t go far from me and is always charged! Absolutely love to have that opportunity and freedom!
We are aiming to close in a couple of weeks. Hoping that everything with the title company will go smooth! Congratulations to both seller and buyer!
