It felt so good to be back at FANG (Forney Area Networking Group) yesterday! đźâ¨
With my busy EMS schedule and other responsibilities, I havenât been able to attend for quite a whileâbut yesterday, I finally made it back, and it was such a refreshing way to reconnect with the local business community.
The group was noticeably smaller than usual (not sure whyâwhere yâall at?!), but sometimes those more intimate gatherings bring out the best conversations. We even had two new members join, which is always exciting! đ
Instead of having a speaker this time, we did a fun twistâspeed networking (or âpopcorn networkingâ as some called it)! We rotated around the table and almost got to chat quickly with everyone in the room. It was such a great way to mix it up and hear a little from everyone. đŹâĄ
One of my favorite moments was being able to publicly thank Dr. Dinh and Stephanie Anderton for their generous donations to our National Telecommunication Week gift bags đ. Their support means a lot to our incredible dispatchers, and it was wonderful to recognize them in front of the group.
Canât wait to be back again in two weeks and keep the momentum going!
